This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which payments made to MSKDATALABS AI OPC PRIVATE LIMITED for use of Dhiti.ai Services may be refunded or cancelled.

1. Nature of Services

Dhiti.ai provides digital AI-based assessments and insights delivered immediately upon purchase. Once the assessment is accessed or initiated, the service is considered delivered.

2. Cancellation

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once the assessment link or dashboard access has been activated.
• If you accidentally initiate a payment but do not receive access due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of payment.

3. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

1. Payment was deducted but the user could not access the assessment due to a verified technical error on our end.
2. Duplicate transaction occurred due to a system glitch.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• You completed or partially completed the assessment.
• You are dissatisfied with results, insights, or recommendations (these are informational in nature).

4. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method, after verification by our support team.
